All our International Tours/International Fixed/Group tours Customized tours/Tailor made tours generated/booked through our website, offices through email are sold subject to these Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time and the contract between you and us shall be governed by the same. If you book any third-party products through us, their Terms and Conditions (Flights , Hotels , Cruises etc) would be applicable in addition to our Terms and Conditions.

Booked through our website, offices, PSA, Agents through email must have a valid passport for atleast six months or as applicable subsequent to the date of departure of the tour and have been granted the necessary visas, international certificates of vaccination, insurance and medical insurance, other travel documents and clearances etc. required to travel through out the tour. You will have to comply with applicable RBI guidelines and Government of India rules.

In case of short payment received against booking amount, we will require the balance amount within next 10 days, failing which the amount paid by you will be forfeited and you will have to make a fresh transaction.
If you are booking your tour within 30 days of the departure date, then 100% of the tour payments must be made immediately, before any service can be provided. This booking will be subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
We offer a 3 day refundable policy from the time of booking. The refund amount does not include third party services such as Flight /Visa .
Incase of third party service bookings - Flights/Hotels/Cruises - the applciable cancellation policy will be as offered by the third party vendor
Visa charges are non refundable .In case of Visa rejection by the consulates, we will deduct INR 5000 per person towards Guidance service over & above the other actual expenses incurred against Visa.

Payments
The booking made via online payments through will be either made through website or payment links. Applicable payment gateway charges will be applicable . The guest can choose to pay via bank transfer as per the company account provided.
Refunds
The applicable refund shall be processed between 15 - 20 working days from the cancellation by the guest and post receipt of the acknowledgment of refund by the third party suppliers .
Invoice
The invoice shall be issued to the guest along with the applicable taxes - GST /TCS
